Please complete this form to register your nomination for Basketball. Carnival dates will be Thursday, 11th June (Section 2 – lower enrolment schools) and Friday, 12th June (Section 1 – higher enrolment schools). The carnival coordinator will advise of your section and carnival date soon after the nomination closing date.
